We think buying jewellery should feel as good as wearing it. So here's exactly how returns and exchanges work — no fine print, no surprises.
Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Condition for Return
- The product must be unused and in its original condition
- Tags and packaging must be intact
- A digital 925 certificate is issued per order — please retain access to it for verification
First Return or Exchange — Free
Your first return or exchange on an order is completely free. No return shipping cost, no processing fee.
Subsequent Returns or Exchanges — ₹200
If you request a further return or exchange after your first one, a fee of ₹200 will apply. This will be deducted from your refund amount, or collected before your exchange is processed.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is free for your first return. Pickup can be initiated directly from My Account → My Orders.
Refunds
Once your returned item passes inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–4 business days.
Exchanges
Exchanges follow the same 7-day window and condition requirements as returns. Choose your replacement piece at the time of request.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized or engraved pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
